SHIPPING & RETURNS

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING POLICY

***CHECK YOUR STATES LAWS BEFORE YOU BUY***

At R&R Blasters TSV we ship Australia wide, however some states have restrictions on our product types so please check your state laws before you buy. 

(If you make a purchase from a state that we cannot ship blasters to a 20% fee will be deducted from your order refund to cover admin and processing fees.)

Shipping is calculated and added at checkout.

Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales please allow an extra day.

Tracking information will be sent to you within 24 hours of your parcel being shipped. However if you don't receive your tracking number please email us with your order number to info@randrblasterstsv.

After your items have been shipped we will not be held responsible if any items go missing. If you require help with locating a missing order, please contact Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All blasters purchased via R&R blasters includes a 30 day limited warranty to cover manufacturing faults. 

Faulty products must be returned with receipt or proof of purchase and written evidence of the fault.

Blasters found to be physically damaged by user neglect, internally or externally, upgraded, modified, opened, attempted to be opened, used in ways that weren't intended by the manufacturers will void your warranty.

Any items returned to us under claims of fault and found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.

 

Returns and refunds will be carried out in accordance with Australian Consumer Law as determined by information from the ACCC

For an item to be eligible for return it must be in the same condition that you received it in. 

The item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

Items covered under warranty will be either repaired, replaced or refunded.

Any blaster found to be physically damaged by any of the following, user neglect, internally, externally, upgraded, modified, opened, attempted to open or used in a way not intended by the manufacturer will void the items eligibility for return.

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome of your request.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. 

All refunds will incur a $20 admin fee where purchases were made online.

We reserve the right to repair and return the item instead of refund if the condition of the item is repairable.

Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be received.

We do not accept change of mind returns.

*Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

50% deposit for custom builds is non refundable.

If you are shipping anything with high value we recommend your use tracking on your parcel or purchase shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
